It’s not that ___/ It doesn’t mean that ___ / 虽然不是 / 라는 것은 아니다 / Cũng không hẳn
When you want to describe “although you can do something, somewhat you don’t want to do about it.”, you would be able to use “___というわけではない。(to-iuwakedewa-nai)” which means “It’s not that ___ / It doesn’t mean that ___”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as casual and “___というわけではありません。(to-iuwakedewa-arimasen)” is used as polite and formal.
Example

何でご飯残してるの?お腹いっぱいなの? (Why do you leave some food on the plate? Are you full?) (你吃不下了?肚子已经饱了吗?) (왜 밥을 남겼어? 배불러?) (Sao bạn để thừa lại cơm vậy? Bạn no rồi hả?)

お腹いっぱいっていうわけじゃないけど、なんかちょっと体調悪い。 (It’s not that I’m not full, but I’m not feeling very well.) (虽然肚子不是很饱,但感觉身体有点不舒服。) (배가 부른건 아니지만, 뭔가 좀 몸이 안좋아.) (Cũng không hẳn là no nhưng thấy có chút không khoẻ.)

そうなの?ゆっくり休んでよ。 (Is that so? Have a good rest.) (身体不舒服吗?那要好好休息喔。) (그래? 그럼 푹 쉬어.) (Vậy sao? Thế thì bạn đi nghỉ ngơi đi.)
