When you want to ask if a person is in a hurry or not, you would be able to use “いそいでますか?(isoide masu ka)” which means “Are you in a hurry?”. Everybody could use this phrase in daily conversations as casual. The more casual way to use it is “いそいでる?(isoide ru)”. The polite way to use it is “おいそぎですか?(o isogi desu ka)” and which is used as formal.
