When you become ill with a cold., you would be able to use “風邪かぜをひく。(kaze wo hiku)” which means “Daydream.”. Everybody could use this phrase in daily conversations as casual. The polite way to use it is 風邪かぜをひきます。(kaze wo hikimasu)” and which is also used as formal. Additionally, native speakers often omit “を” of “風邪かぜをひく。”, so that would be “風邪かぜひく。”.
