When you feel something is not suitable or correct, you would be able to use “なんへんだ。(nanka hen da)” which means “Something is wrong.”. The polite way to use it is “なんへんです。(nanka hen desu)”. “なにかおかしいです。(nanka okashii desu)” is used in business situations as formal.
