When a person gets along with someone, you would be able to use “(あなたは)___となかがいいね!(to naka ga ii ne)” which means “You’re close with ___”. It is the word everyone uses as both casual and formal. The polite way to use it is “___となかがいいですね!(to naka ga ii desu ne)”. If you want to say “I’m close with ___!” which would be “(わたしは)___となかがいいです!(to naka ga ii desu)”.
