“ねぇ” means “Hey” and which has been used when you call somebody who you get along with. And you could use “ねぇねぇ” as well. “ねぇ” and “ねぇねぇ” is pretty casual so, don’t use them to your boss.

“やったー(よっしゃー), 万歳(いえーい)! and わーい” means “Yay, Hooray and Woohoo” and which has been used when you are happy and excited. Both men and women can use “やったー, 万歳! and わーい”, however, よっしゃー has been used for men.
