dō shita no？ vs. dōka shita no？：They Have Subtle Differences.
What is the difference between “どうしたの？(dō shita no) and どうかしたの？(dōka shita no)”?

“どうしたの？ (dō shita no) / どうかしたの？ (dōka shita no)” means “What’s wrong?” and which has been used “for asking someone who looks ill or sad to tell you what problem they have”. The tips for using them are that although the way to use them is the same, “どうかしたの？” is a more serious way to ask.
