In a bad mood / 心情不好。 / 기분이 나쁘다. / tâm trạng/sắc mặt xấu.

When you want to describe “in an irritable or depressed state of mind”, you would be able to use “機嫌きげんわるい(kigen ga warui)” which means “In a bad mood”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as casual, polite and formal.
