Just because. / 不自觉地。 / 그냥 / Không hiểu vì sao.
When you want to describe “a particular situation should not necessarily make you come to a particular conclusion.”, you would be able to use “なんとなく。(nantonaku)” which means “Just because.”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as casual, “なんとなくです。(nantonaku-desu)” is used as polite and “特に理由はありません” is used as formal.
