I got a nosebleed. / 流鼻血了。 / 코피가 나다. / chảy máu mũi.

When you want to describe “an occasion when blood comes out of a your nose”, you would be able to use “鼻血はなじがでた。(hanadi ga deta)” which means “I got a nosebleed.”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as polite and formal and “鼻血はなじがでました。(hanadi ga demashita)” is used as casual.
