I have diarrhea. / 腹泻。 / 설사에요. / Bệnh tiêu chảy.

When you want to describe “diarrhea.”, you would be able to use “下痢げりです。(geri desu)” which means “I have diarrhea.”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as polite and formal. And “下痢げりだよ。(geri dayo)” is used as casual.
