You seem very busy. / 你好像很忙。 / 바쁜가 봅니다. / Bạn có vẻ bận rộn nhỉ.

When you want to say “You seem very busy.”, you would be able to use “いそがしそうですね。(isogashi sou desu ne)”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as polite and formal and “いそがしそうだね。(isogashi sou da ne)” is used as casual.
