I didn’t know. / 我完全不知道。 / 몰랐다 / Tôi đã không biết.

When you want to tell you didn’t know about something, you would be able to use “知しらなかった。(shiranakatta)”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as casual and “知しらなかったです。(shiranakatta desu)” is used as polite and formal.
