テキパキ vs. ハキハキ: Which is Used in Speaking?

The basic way to use it is “わたしはテキパキ___(と)する(I ___ quickly and efficiently.)”, etc. For instance, “わたしはそれをテキパキ対応たいおうする(I deal with it quickly and efficiently.)”, etc. The tips for using it is that “テキパキ” is used for “PEOPLE’S ACTIONS”.
