I am motivated. / 我很有干劲儿。 / 의욕이 있다. / Có động lực.
When you want to describe “very enthusiastic or determined because you really want to do something:”, you would be able to use “やる気がある。(yaruki ga aru)” which means “I am motivated.”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as casual and “やる気があります。(yaruki ga ari masu)” is used polite and formal. Furthermore, native speakers often omit “が” of “やる気がでる”, so that would be “やる気ある”. And “やる気ない。(I am not motivated.)”
