My throat hurts. / 我的喉咙疼。 / 목이 아프다 / Đau họng.

When you want to describe “a condition in which your throat is red and feels painful, especially when you swallow”, you would be able to use “のどがいたい。(nodo ga itai)” which means “My throat hurts.”.
