When you want to ask a concierge of a hotel whether you can stay in the hotel or not, you would be able to use “空室はありますか?(kūshitsu wa arimasu ka?)” which means “Do you have any vacancies?”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as polite and formal and “空室ある?(kūshitsu aru?)” is used as polite and formal.
