まぶしい。(mabushii)

It’s bright. / 亮得晃眼。 / 눈 부시다. / Chói mắt, sáng chói, Rực rỡ.

When you describe “full of light, shining”, you would be able to use “まぶしい。(mabushii)” which means “It’s bright.”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as casual and “まぶしいです。(mabushii desu)” is used as polite and formal.
