What was that? / 你说什么？ / 뭐라고 했어? / Bạn đã nói cái gì vậy?
When you did not hear or understand what someone just said, you would be able to use “なんて言ったの？(nante itta no?)” which means “What was that?”. Everybody could use this in daily conversations as casual and “なんて言いましたか？(nante ii mashitaka?)” which means “What did you say” and is used as polite and “もう一度、言ってくれませんか？(mou ichido itte kuremasenka?) which means “Could you say that again?” and is used as formal.
