Gradually / 渐渐地 / 점점 / Dần dần

When you describe that something changes or is done in small stages over a long period of time, rather than suddenly, you would be able to use “だんだん。(dandan)” which means “Gradually”. Everybody could use this phrase in daily conversations as casual. “徐々じょじょに(jojo ni)” is used as polite and formal.
